PDMLink not passing attributes to CREO 1.0

We recently just upgraded to CREO 1.0 and we have a major issue currently.

 

We have numerous designated attributes that we can edit via the Workspace. However, when we edit them in the workspace, they are NOT showing up in CREO 3D model when we open the file. The edits are all being done through the embedded browser.

 

If we edit the attrbiutes in the 3D model, they will show up in the PDMLink Workspace, but that is more time consuming as we would have to edit parameters one by one.

 

 

We are using PDMLink 9.1 M060

CREO 1.0 M020

Also saw this behavior. Though it was something wrong on the configuration. Guess not. I just started escallating a support case on this issue.

We also opened a support case. PTC said their test environment works fine, but we are still having issues. Hopefully it is a config setting or something "easy"
