PŠ - File cannot be retrieved.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have a problem with a file that is .prt but can't open. I use CREO 4.0. Every file I made I can open there, but when my friend sent me his file, I can not open it. He also made it in CREO 4.0.

Please be so kind and advice me where the problem could be and how to solve it.

Your screenshot shows you are using the educational version. IF the other person is using the commercial version, you can not open files created in the other version.
