setting diameter dimension while drawing the circle

I hope i can explain it well that everbody is unterstanding my problem.

So when i used Creo Parametric 1.0 it was a default setting or just normal when i was drawing a circle in a sketch that it automatically shows while going from small to big with the circle with the mouse to type already the dimension i want.

Now on 6.0 i have to click on the circle symbol place it on the layer and then i can change it?

Is it somehow possible to change that f.e. with a config setting or do i have to accept it and live with that.
