sheetmetal bending with extra feature

Hello everyone,

 

I´m trying to recreate the bending you can see in the picture but I´m clueless about how to create the feature in the middle which is not part of the bending. I am open for any tips or ideas.

Model the bent part with that area being a cutout, then add the flange. Do a flat pattern view to verify that you have the clearances around the tab in the flat.
