Where can I find and download .prt and .step files?

I'm fairly new to PTC and I know that you can download free .prt and .step files from websites like AndyMark. But I can't find many of the pieces I need and that you would think would be easy to find... Are there any other websites out there that have .prt and .step files that you can download??

Thanks!

Cat

grabcad is one, mcad central is another

best thing to do is to google for a site that has the specific item you want.

standard items are generally easier to obtain models for, especially in native formats.

good luck

What type of components are you looking for?

Most vendors use CAD and have their models on their websites for download.

At the moment I'm looking for the hard, plastic treads/tracks for a tank drive...
