Hi friends, i had tried to make involute by using some equations but i am not satisfied with this. can you help me????

Have just installed PV 9.0 Standard M070 on Windchill 9.1 M010. Having downloaded the client and Collective Document Support, when we try to view a document we just get a blank ProductView window. Starting ProductView standalone allows us to open documents ok though.

Hallo Forum, nach zwei Jahren steige ich mal wieder in CoCreate ein. Ich habe ein Problem mit dem Rotieren eines 3D Körpers. Es ist ein Abschlussstück für einen griff. Ich habe Ihn über die Elibsen Funktion erstellt. Hier mein Workflow. Elipse gezeichnet. Elipse in der Mitte geteilt und mit einer Linie die beiden Enden verbunden. Dann die Funktion drehen (180 Grad) unter material hinzufügen genutzt. Teil ist fertig wie es sein soll. Nun will ich es mit 3D bewegen rotieren. Es geht aber ums verrecken nicht. Es bleibt immer in seiner Position. Andere Teile die ich zum testen erstellt habe drehen sich wunderbar. Habt Ihr eine Idee was ich falsch mache ? Die Datei habe ich zum schauen beigefügt. Über ein hilfe wäre ich sehr dankbar. Viele Grüße Michael

hello ProE users...is there a tool that I can use to compare two models (.prt) which seem to be identical?I know there are minor differences between them. It would be ideal if I could place them side by side and proe could somehow indicate where the differences are (color perhaps?)thanks, regardsAL.

Hello,I am trying to add some new steel materials to our material library. It is has been along time since I have needed to do this and the user interface sure has changed alot. I can not find where to input Ultimate and Yield strengths. It seems like all it cares about are: Poisson's Ratio, Young's Modulus, densityand CTE. This doesn't seem to be too engineer friendly. I did notice if you pull down the "Failure Criterion" field, you can enter a Tensile Yield Stress for "Maximum Shear Stress [Tresca]", but why is there no place to enter the Strength properties in the "Properties" area?Thanks,James

Used to have an option in WF3.0 under Tools/Environment/3D Notes, which you could turn them on/off, where is this option in wf4.0?

Is there a translator that can be utilized in Pro-E's sketcher so I do not have to draw the individual letters and characters?

When I go to open or save a file from SD or Annotate, the default directories are obscure and sometimes don't exist. Where do I set those directories? I have found the Doc-project-dir in sd_data.lsp and the startupdir in all_data.lsp, but they don't seem to impact the directory presented in the open and save windows.

Does anyone still have a copy of the Pro/CONVERT (any version, any platform) software hiding in their CD library?I'm also interested in copies of any Pro/CONVERT documentation if anyone has any?Thanks in advance,Sam

I am using WF3. I see that pro-e saves an new version everytime I hit save. How do I open the previous versions?

Pro Gurus:Let assume that the lamination stator stack is .350" height, 1.5" OD, .700"ID. It has 18 winding slot and each slot is skew 20°. The winding slotlooks like twisted helix instead straight. What is your approach to modelthis twisted slot? What is the proper formula to create this helix likeslot?Advance thanks for your time and help.
