Is anybody using EMX with Wildfire 4.0?

All,Sorry about this lame question, but it seems that I spend a lot of time eachweek doing this rather mundane routine.Is there a way to automate the Sync with CS and update all un-modified filesin a workspace?I tend to work on several projects at a time so I have 6 to 12 workspacesand I am constantly having to do both of these steps before working of thefiles.Thanks in advance for you time.Kevin BrandtContract Project Engineer

I have a series of Goto Points created. When customizing an NC sequenceis it possible to rename these Goto Points to something more descriptive(LAP, SAP, etc.)? My company has many legacy assy's created in CADDS 4X. My company decided not to pay to maintain the maintenance agreement for CADDS 5. We used AutoCad to convert the CADDS 4X files to (*.dwg) files. Does anyone know if there is a conversion utility that can convert (*.dwg) files into Pro/e parts and assy's for WF 3.0 users?

I keep getting a "There are circular dependencies. xxxxx.prt must also bechosen for duplication" message, but there is no .crc file to help me figureout why. Can someone please tell me how to force it to generate a .crc fileso I can figure out what's going on? WF2, M220Hello,I'm trying to put together a rather large assy simply to get a view comparing 3 of our client's products.  I'm using simplified reps, but what's slowing my down is Pro|E pausing to highlight every edge of the subassy (an entire product) when I pick it.  I've turned off the highlighting in the model tree for when I pick there, but that doesn't kill all of it.  How do I turn off these highlighting situation as well:*     If I select items in a simplified rep in the view manager, they still highlight on screen.*     If I pick items from the model tree and RMB and select modify, they then highlight on screen.  I simply need the dims to come up to I can change them.There may be more, but that's what I've discovered.  It seems that when I pick an item from a list like the view manger or model tree, I know what I'm picking and being able to turn off that highlight will greatly speed up my work.Keep in mi

Does anyone knows how to trace the full history of a file. All the changes that were made since its creation (possibly in an earlier version of ProE). The audit trail in the info menu only seem to give the dates the file was open and by whom, but does not show if the file was modified or not, and more importantly what modification were made if any.

Guru's, I run a fairly simply stress analysis; solves in about 30 minutes. Ithen try to open up a results window, but Mechanica tells me that noneof the selected results can be displayed, or something to that effect.I close out of Mechanica and Pro/E, restart, go right back to the sameresult display and it shows just fine. Any ideas why this is doing thisor just what is happening. It is getting rather "old" always having toshut down and restart just to review my results... Thanks... Wanted to get this out to the Sys Admins as well - sorry if you're seeing this a second time.

I created 3d curves in style environment using intersected sections as references then created some surfaces. When I leave the environment everything is fine and looks good, but , when I return to the style to edit it the curves I ahve created become twisted and make some strange attachments. I did not edit any of the references. anyone have this issue?

Mi problema es el siguiente, tengo un conjunto y dentro de este conjunto hay varias piezas que son instancias de piezas genericas. Quiero crear una copia de este conjunto con otro nombre para luego modicicar ciertas cosas en la copia. El conjunto que quiero copiar y las piezas que componen el cojunto tienen planos asociados, si estos planos estan en memoria al crear una copia del conjunto se crearan copias de estos planos también con lo cual podemos ahorrar bastante trabajo. El problema es que necesito que cree copias no solo de las intancias montadas en el conjunto, sino de las genericas de estas instancias y de todas las instancias de estas genericas. ¿hay alguien que sepa como se podria hacer? Muchas gracias
