Hallo bin ein Neuling in Sachen OSM. Habe die letzten Jahr mit Inventor und Solid Works gearbeitet soll jetzt einen schnell Einstieg in OSM machen. Bekomme aber leider keine Schulung zu teuer! Wer kann mir sagen wo ich ein Handbuch für die Version 11 her bekommen damit ich mich wenigstens ein bisschen einarbeiten kann. Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar.

Those of us using ProdC have known this for a few months, PTC has given us until the beginning of the year to find another solution. Supposedly there is a possible solution but my understanding that PTC hasn't notified SofTech if that solution is viable yet. It seems like PTC is trying to cut the legs out from under those of us who have not decided to accept the one company plan that they have been pushing for a couple of years now. I do not have the time to research a new PDM package until after the first of the year so they have really put us in a bad place. We are hoping that this possible solution will work for us, but it will require us to shell out more money to PTC for it to work, which is what they were looking for all along, I guess.When the ProdC users had a conference call with SofTech, approximately a third, from what I heard, were looking at another CAD package, because they do not want this to happen again in a few years when PTC decides they can no longer partner with AN

Is there a setting that I can make that will allow me to create dimsthat are fractional instead of decimal? I know I can change them afterthe fact, but it would be nice to create them that way in the firstplace. Thanx in advance.T

Moin allerseits, in der Dokumentation habe ich gelesen, dass die online-Registrierung der PE dazu dient, die Anforderungen und Verhaltensweisen der User besser zu erforschen. Da werden also offenbar zumindest gewisse Daten gesammelt und übermittelt. Was genau kann denn gesehen werden? Ich frage, weil ich ja ein talentierter aber wenig finanzstarker Tüftler und Erfinder sein könnte, der die PE benutzen will, um insgeheim und preiswert an seiner neuesten Erfindung zu arbeiten. Dann wollte ich natürlich nicht, dass diese Daten in fremde Hände fallen, bevor ich meine Patentanmeldung im Kasten habe und hinreichend viel Geld damit verdienen kann, um mir endlich die 'große' Version leisten zu können. I seem to recall that there was a list that PTC put out with approved hardware and such to run Pro E. I cannot seem to find this list anywhere. Does somebody know of the link to this list? We're going to be upgrading some systems and I just wanted to take a look at the list before we place an order. Thanks Michael

I know it exists, but I can't remember the number. I found Mil-Spec STD 810 but I don't think this is the same one i've seen before.Does anybody know the one I'm looking for? I just setup two monitors and I think it will be cool. I am running into an issue with the menu;s in proman. How can I move them around? When I go to drill groups it is locked in place and is falling off the screen. It does not let me drag it over?
