Hi folks, I need to generate an internal tooth ring gear. The PD and # of teeth, etc.are designed, but I am not happy with the accuracy of the CAD geometry Ifound downloading a sample from SDP. (SDP has a 24 pitch 6" ID, I need a10", but the tooth profile on their model is a simple straight toothapproximation) Would anybody out there know of a good source for that typeof geometry for download? when i open a file or search some thing in proe, i get different results using *abc* and *ABC*, then how can i set up to get the same results? thanks.

I also use left-hand mapkeys to change my selection filter. My default is to keep the filter set to Annotation, use my mapkey (G-geometry, Q-quilt, etc.) and RMB to query select. I have a student copy for hoem persoal use (to learn the program faster), bu my mouse will not pan or roate the model! any suggestions on a fix will be grealy appreciated.
