Hello Team,I need to programmatically retrieve the Sequence value of a Change Activity (WTChangeActivity2) as it appears in the Change Planning / Execution Plan. This is an extension of a previous post where I worked on a complex task (for me!) to calculate the soil weight and area behind a wall. referenced post and solution are located inAlgorithm-to-Calculate-Soil-Wedge-Area-Weight-and-Centroid The post was brilliantly solved by @Werner_E . At that time, the wall had a simplified geometry with just one course. Now, I need to apply similar logic to multiple courses, which requires repeating the process for each course.I would appreciate any assistance on how to adapt this logic to handle multiple courses, potentially up to 9 courses.

We have a custom dll code which was working on previous version on WGM but post updating WGM it failed to compile. Need to know how to resolve compilation issues. Do we need to rebuilt toolkit libraries or there is another way to achieve this?

Hello, I am trying to configure Atlas Copco Micro Torque MTF 6000 in Kepware and as per device documentation the MIDs for this device are used differeltly than that of full Atlas Copco Open Protocol. e.g.     My question here is, how should I use the MID 008 to read the last torue value, I know that in device settings there is an option to enable the use of generic subscibe which enables MID 008, but what will be the tag address then for torque value? or it will be same "LTR_TORQUE_VALUE". (FYI I am a Thingworx developer & have a limited orientation towards industrial protocols & their working)    

Current Status: There are currently two methods for data collection in our project: PLC-based collection and soft collection (files/databases/protocols, etc.). For soft collection, the data is pushed to the OPC UA Server via the OPC UA protocol. Both PLC and soft collection devices are configured in Kepware, which ultimately integrates with ThingWorx. .Issue Description: The collected data parsed by the soft-sampling device all records the post-event time. How can the timestamps be stored when logging data for points bound to the modeled device in ThingWorx?  Use the time parsed by soft sampling instead of the default timestamp from the sampling points?

We are currently using Pingfederate as CAS and Microsoft Azure Entra ID as IDP . We want to switch and only use Azure Entra ID as both CAS and IDP. We are able to authenticate users using Entra ID in thingworx but now we want to do API communication between Thingworx and SAP. We did a API configuration in entra ID and able to generate token. Now token requests to Thingworx REST endpoints using OAuth 2.0 access tokens (JWTs) from Azure are returning 401 Unauthorized errors. It seems like the stock table does not consider AFX created plates, only beams. Is this correct behavior?Another thing I wonder is if there is any possibilities to export the stock length info from the model itself to a text format, so I don't need to go through a drawing to get this information?Thanks!Regards Yngve(Creo Parametric 11.0.4.0)

Goal: One drawing format which will populate specific data and not matter if the drawing model is a single part or an assembly. Using a repeat region I am trying to pass model material along with a few other items into a title block.  I can successfully make this happen byUsing 2 different formats so the repeat region calls outmbr/ptc_material/ptc_material_nameasm/mbr/ptc_material/ptc_material_nameUsing 1 format, but making all drawing models assemblies so that the item 2 always is present.Is there a way to use repeat region relations in order to have a single format with a repeat region which works if the drawing model is a part or an assembly?  I'm not sure if it is even possible, or if I simply am having an issue with syntax and formatting.

Hello Community, We have many parts that were created in an old version of Creo when there was no multi-body function yet.All of these parts have the color assigned to the part level.If I now change the material, the new material color is assigned to the body level.However, the old part color remains in the model.When I export a STEP file, the old color of the part is used and the new color of the body is ignored. Yes, I can manually delete the color from the part level, but that takes a lot of effort for each part.Is there a way to automatically remove the part appearance color from all parts?Or is there a way to apply the color to both the body and the part when assigning the material? Thank you!

I add "Part 1, Revision A" as a child into the structure of "Assembly 1, Revision A".4. I set the state of "Assembly 1, Revision A" to "Released".5. I then create a new revision of "Part 1" to create "Part 1, Revision B".6. I set "Part 1, Revision B" to "Released".7. I create a new revision of "Assembly 1" to create "Assembly 1, Revision B". (This was done as I want the new revision of "Assembly 1" to capture the fact that it now includes a new revision of "Part 1").8. When I look in the structure of "Assembly 1, Revision B" I can see that the version of "Part 1" that features in it has automatically been updated from "Part 1, Revision A" to "Part 1, Revision B".9. I had to reinstall the program several times due to an error on my laptop, it finally worked. I wanted to make a video to show my colleagues how to install it so that it doesn't cause problems. The thing is, when I tried to reinstall the license, I got the following error. You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type. I contacted my Uni, they told me to contact PTC, but I can't access the eSupport because I have to upgrade my account using a client number which I don't have, my uni only have given me the licence number. I need the program to make my lab practices. It would be helpful if some of the support members of PTC could reach me and do the MAC thing to my laptop, I've read on the forum and I know that it's possible to reactivate the max num of requests. Thanks.

Hello,I'm having trouble activating my newly bought license for Mathcad prime 11.0. I had a license for Mathcad 10 on a different pc which worked without any trouble. Now when trying to acquire the new license for this version on a new system, it just gives me the error: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type" I have been troubleshooting for some time now but without luck. Sincerest,Mikkel

I've got to step 4. Once I paste the product code I see the success message but within the license source it shows an error symbol and says invalid format or file and doesn't let me click next. creo 12.0
