Cloudflare 520 error when requesting manual activation for modeling express

Trying to get free version of modeling express to work get proxy error and have in the past always been able to manually request activation key. Currently that just gets a cloudflare error which seems to indicate a server error on PTC's side. Please help. Can't find an email. Support appears to be lost.

    which version are you using ?  PE8.0 ?

    I don’t have had any license problems after changing to PE9.0. ( And I start it quite often )

    ⚠️ be aware PE9.0 installation does an upgrade installation of PE80. This is definitely not every ones choice! ==> But it can be avoided.
