Other spaces—such as PTC Ideas, TKBs (e.g., the Creo Tips and Techniques board), and Groups—may take a little longer to become available. We wanted to share some big news! Around April 6, we will be moving from our current Khoros Community Platform to the Gainsight Communities platform.

I’m lacking any sorting functionality in the forums. codebeamer Ideas specifically - it’s now an endless-scrollable list of random ideas that can only be filtered by tags.
Ordering by kudos was very relevant, since most of these ideas are never more than acknowledged. If there’s any hope, it’s for those with high amounts of kudos.

The lack thereof looks a bit like a soft ban on gatherings.

Thanks for the feedback @urecha. The old community platform was heavily customized with additional filtering on the public boards and internal tools for product managers to use in organizing and reviewing ideas. One of our first priorities will be to restore those product manager tools and in the coming months there will be new functionality introduced which should make it possible to improve the public facing sorting and filtering of the idea boards.

Why is THAT one shrinked?? Wasting screen space with ‘badges’ .. but hiding the content of NEW replies by default?? What is the concept? Is there a concept?

NEW replies (e.g. since last visit) should be EXPANED by default and (may be!) a green border to the left that will guide you within a thread to signal ‘whats new’ . -- in high traffic threads only the first N new replies should be expanded by default.
