At PTCU, every new self-guided course has a link to the PTC Community page so the students can ask questions related to the course.
One of the developers, on my team, just created a new topic and there is a message: Your post has been submitted. It will be published after a review by our moderators.

What does it means? when the topic will be available for the users? And will the Topic author receive an email or any notification when it is published?

Currently we are “pre moderating” all new posts. We have moderator coverage around the clock so no post should ever be held up for long and this process will probably end early next week so it won’t be an inconvenience for much longer.
