PTC, KCS and the PTC knowledge base

I have been using the PTC Knowledge Base for almost two years now.  I was wondering if there is a mechanism to provide feedback on articles, other than the one provided on each article page.  Specifically a user, customer or VAR advisory group on improving the KB.

Best place to go is here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Discussions/bd-p/PTCeSupportHelpDiscussions

The people in charge of the knowledge base monitor this board.

    thank you for getting involved.

Another way to convey your feedback is to use the "Was this Information Useful?" box from the thumbnail called Feedback on the top left of an article.

Your feedback will be about only and only the article that you current read, in order to make your feedback "itemable" and the authors of the article will be notified.

A process then is started internally to keep the authors accountable.

Yes, I do that extensively, and I do get responses from the author.  However this does not address the pet peeves I see in the articles repeatedly, which makes me curious about the process in general.
