Kepware Server Licence Utility Renewal Failure

When accessing the server, which does not have network access, I open Kepware > Licence Utility. There, I can see my license with a Support End Date of 05/2024.

I received a .lic file from our partners, which is supposed to be the renewal license, and the file is already available on the server.

Back in Kepware > Licence Utility, I click Renew > Import File and select my .lic file. After confirming, however, nothing happens.

Can anyone help me with this?
