There was no post last weekend as I was "up north", which is a thing in Michigan. The James R Barker - 1000 foot long carrying ore to the mills at the southern end of Lake Michigan.    

Went fishing with the buddies yesterday. Started out of the harbor at 6:30am, immediately came across this little gator (about 3 feet long). He was minding his own business when we made a pass around him. This was in the intercoastal waterway, saltwater, Matagorda Harbor Texas.    

Hi, so I told @Dale_Rosema in last weekender post that I would share photos from chaperoning my daugher's senior homeschool semi-formal / formal "Red Carpet" event.  With so many great movies releasing right now (i.e. Jurassic World Dominion and Top Gun: Maverick) our Jurassic Jeep was an instant photo opportunity. We had a movie theme. (Yes, I got my hubby in a tie and suit jacket).   The jeep was provided by  Bill Shea, (www.88mphtimemachine.com) great supporter of Michael J Fox Parkinson's research.       Below are a few of the fun decorations we had to compliment our movie themed "photo booth" area. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend a user group event (yes, a face to face event, like in the old days!). The Pro/Users of the Carolinas group organized their 1st 2022 event as an entire day of presentations and in-depth discussions on various CAD topics.  This was a wonderful opportunity for me to go to Columbia, South Carolina and meet new people. Several attendees drove nearly 3 hours to attend! The event format was "hybrid" with part of the audience joining online. Half of the presenters were also online.   Special thanks to the group board: @zlyon, President, @GavinBRumble and @KBB_doodle for having me.     The Carolinas group is supported by PTC user through their Regional User Group program. If you never heard of this program, you are missing out. I'd encourage everyone to check if you are close to a RUG and sign up! You will find dedicated group leaders and passionate users!
