Double clicking on dimension in a sketch is not working correctly

CREO 7.0.6.0
We are having an issue where we double click on a dimension while in sketch to edit and the dimension box is closing out before we can edit the value (see attached video). Has anyone seen this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
