Error code : 0x06000012 (Couldn't run "Quality Agent")

Whenever I start up Creo Parametric 7.0.2.0, the error pops up : 0x06000012. Something to do with it can't run the Quality Agent and asked me to contact Technical support, if the issue pursuits.
I don't know how to fix the issue or what I did wrong during the installation.
I'm a student and I've a license.
