Best Practise Thingworx deployment activity with out solution central

Hi All,

Suggest some deployment activity from Dev environment to prod ENV. for best practices with out solution central.
due to local instance need for best practice to follow the process for the deployment.

Assistance required.

There are two options for migrating your deployments to other environments:

1) Solution Central

2) export/import
