Guangyan, could you please add more detail what's the issue here if there are any errors observed could you share them here as well. Esp. from Applicationlog

Guangyan, sorry I can barely see anything in that screenshot, could you please add larger screenshot or check for the Application Log from the Monitoring Tab in the composer like so and check for the error if you see any concerning your dashboard then you can copy and paste the full error/exception and paste here.

Edit:  On second thoughts, this appears like a permission issue, are you logging in with non admin account? If that's the case could you give this knowledge base article a try Dashboard shows error "Error retrieving dashboard. Contact your administrator" when logging in with a non-administrative user in ThingWorx
