"Failure to return license click check" in PostgreSQL with none of the usual causes

I've had to switch from the Neo4J ThingWorx to using the PostgreSQL version of ThingWorx. I de-installed the current version, deleted ThingWorxStorage and ThingWorxStoragebackup and installed the PostgreSQL version.

When I started ThingWorx again I got the message "Failure to return license click check".

I read this document, and I

  • Have plenty of disk space
  • Have plenty of memory
  • Have no Neo4J storage
  • Have deleted all previous storage

What might be causing this problem?

It turns out this was due to a misconfigured PostgreSQL database connection.

As Pai suggested, please do open a support case. On a side note, does this error occur on all browsers or specific ones? If you have not tried yet, can you retry on both Chrome and Firefox?
