    It looks like you don't have proper credentials to access that particular instance. Do you have an academic account by any chance?

    Yea i did, i had found the solution already, Thanks anyway. I change my password for it and it works perfectly find but now i encounter another problem with launching the Vending Machine simulator, it told me that it could not be found.
