How to add state definition in label widget?

Dear Team,

I need to change my label back ground color based on coming value. Label field is linked with one service parameter which is number.

then change to back ground color red once value more than .012.

Currently it's not part of thingworx functionality, however, there is an enhancement request placed for this, Jira PSPT-3171.
