the name of this document is:

ptc-windchill-quality-solutions-extension-for-thingworx-guide.pdf

    Hi Ken,

    I attached you the document, it comes from link: https://community.thingworx.com/external-link.jspa?url=https://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/168769/en/WQSExtension.pdf

    Although file name is not the same to what you want, but actually it's the same document and you will see the name in the document as the title:
