I need help also can we customize the Folding Panel

You may look into custom extensibility/developing your own solution. You may look at the existing widget and modify it at your own risk (we recommend to keep a copy for backup), the widget is located here: <Tomcat location>\webapps\Thingworx\Common\thingworx\widgets\

    I have found a solution to it/We can use Header instead wih expanded option like Right/Left sidebar.
