Dear Team,

I am getting below error when creating 6th user in platform.

Unable to process import: Allowable limit for licensed feature User is reached.

    Hi,

    This error is due to License Limitation. I think you can create only 5 users for your license.

    You can use GetCurrentLicenseInfo service in LicensingSubsytem to find number of users you can create.

    Bhuwaneshwar Gupta​ : Please confirm the type of ThingWorx license package you are having. Is it a trial license ?

    We do have limit on user creation based on different packages purchased.

    If this is release 8.1 and if the license file was fetched before 24 oct 2017, you may have to regenerate the license file.
