URGENT help needed for Organizations

I have noticed that the Organization entity contains a few bugs, for example, when using the AddOrganizationalUnit() service we cannot add a node of the same name that has previously been added (even if we have deleted the node and its members from the Organization).

To get around this we decided to restart Tomcat and can now no longer save the Organization. The following error message appears:

"save failed, status: "Internal Server Error", message: "Import Failed: More than one Organizational Unit referenced as the root in Organization Atlas.Copco.Organization""
