seonho Cha​: There are different version of installer available to install ThingWorx ( Docker vs Non-docker version).

ThingWorx Utilities is a ThingWorx out-of-the-box utilities and applications enable you to track information about customers and your assets, and to define, execute, and monitor business processes. One can install Utilities through a wizard by downloading ThingWorx-Utilities-Installer ( file size is big) or can import it as an extension.
