while using windchill info*engine tasks to establish connection with thingworx i got the following error..?

Please note that only Thingworx 7.3 is currently supported for windchill extension standalone/smart connected products bundle: http://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/172294/en/WCTWXExtension.pdf

What is your version of Thingworx platform, Windchill, tomcat, java?

Are there any errors in the windchill log?
