Why it shows the login page, but in fact I have logged in?

I just want to try the system, but  I can't go on, my problem is:

Once I click "Developer Zone" -->"Application QuickStart Kits"-->"Connect Products"  , it would  show the login page, but in fact I have logged in, and my correct info can't login it! so why? what can I do with it? tks
