Vuforia Studio trial version Experience Service URL

I'm unable to access/find/input my ES URL. 

I've enter my username/password in the ‘Configure Vuforia Studio’ window and and clicked on 'Configure'. 

Vuforia returns the following message "Auto configure failed. Check log for errors."
