dependece problem

We work with windchill9.1 and wildfire 5.0 M080.

We have a lot of problem of dependece, we made check in of some prt or asm very oftem we have dependece that we cannot solve, also if I made a " save as" I have depeendence of original file and so i couldn't erase the copy withou erase also original file.any idea

Do you have any idea?
