ECAD viewables should be integrated fully with WVS Markup objects.
The InterComm files should be integrated with WVS markup objects and should not be on the secondary content. We do not want our ECAD object to iterate everytime there is a markup or suggested change/note. The behaviour of review should be standard accross the board of CAD management with the object locked and not modifiable like the other MCAD functionality with WVS.
