Search Missing After Upgrade to PDMLink 10.2 M020

Just finished a test run of upgrade from 10.1 M020 to 10.2 M020. Installed Solr, have wt.index.enabled set to True in wt.properties, and have Seach enabled in Preferences. But the Search box in upper right hand corner of UI is missing, along with Search tab on Navigator side. PTC currently investigating, just curious if anyone else has seen the particular problem. Thanks in advance!

PTC explained it was an action in the Profiles named View Search that was unchecked. Have the same action in 10.1 unchecked, but Search shows up there with no problems.
