unable to check in Catia CAD models into Windchill

I am using Windchill Aerospace & Defense Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.0

I am unable to check parts into our container from our workspace. The errors say that they are not unique but we dont have any other copies or duplicates names.

Also, i need to change our initial release from rev - to rev A.

Here are the errors that I faced
"CATPPart is not unique."

"cannot check in place holder document assembly."
