I work with Pro/E wildfire 5.0 (M010) release. When i work with sketcher, whenever i select an entity either or select entities to trim or chamfer they are not highlighted. but they are displayed as 1 selected/ 2 selected and so on in the selection filter display area. i had tried all the possible ways like changing the display options in the View menu, everything. Nothing works out. Help me

Hi Everyone,It's been awhile but I know I had a copy of edrawing publisher for Pro/E and it was free. I need to download it again and I cannot find a free download, only a 15 day trial. Am I looking in the wrong places to download or do they actually expect everyone to buy it now?Kim

We have started using Wildfire 5 here, and I noticed that there is a new stop condition for rounds-- Stop Case 5.I cannot see a difference between Stop Case 5 and Stop Case 3.Does anyone know what the difference is?Thank you,Michael Grimm

Hello folks,I´m having a difficult time creating a particular round. It says references of user-defined transitions have been lost. What can I do??What are transitions for? How am I supposed to use them?I have attached an image of the edge over which the round is to be created.It is at the intersection of the handle with the rest of a bottle, so it should be created on both sides of the handle.Only the right side is shown.thanks in advance, best regards Al.

Hallo, Ich bin Neuling und will die Quickstart Projekte als Lernhilfe nutzen. Das erste Projekt habe ich nach Anleitung beendet. Für das zweite Projekt soll aus dem Ordner "Models" eine Datei "Blocks2" geöfnet werden. Trotz intensiver Suche finde ich weder den Ordner noch die angegeben Datei. Danke für jede Hilfe, Mike

Will anyone tell me where or if there is a forum or turtorials for CoCreate PE? This forum I think no one looks at very much. I have had a question posted here for two weeks and no response at all. I suppose because the software is free PTC does not feel they should or need to contribute here. I can understand that so where can I go for help. The help included is not complete or accurate. The consensus was that W5 is fairly stable but unless you have apressing reason to change because of vendors or an improvement youreally fancy, it would be more prudent to wait for another couple ofreleases. Hopefully we will take the wait and see option at least until early nextyear and do some testing in the meantime. (still a management decision) Thanks to all that took the time to answer. Management is asking if we want to upgrade to W5 as we are getting allnew hardware and the IT guy is building an image for them. I have always been a firm believer in keeping away from the "bleedingedge" as far as Pro/E releases are concerned.I guess the question is ...... has the bleeding stopped ..... is W5stable and what cut is recommended at present? Are there any updates available for download for this edition of Pro/Engineer? I have been searching but haven't found any yet. I'm experiencing some glitches with the photo renderer (PhotoLux) and would like to see if any updated versions of Pro/E resolve the issues.

OK,Now that I woke up a few of you. There was a general consensus and here itis, and the outcome is not good. An astonishing 99.3 percent of the population will be killed 2012 because noone will listen to the engineer running the FEA analysis on the earth'scrust. Of course the earth model was created on Google Earth 1.2, and theengineer was in India running his numbers on a 286-12 with a 5.25" floppyand with a dial up connection to AOL. If only he could have afforded abetter system back in 1985 when he started the analysis and Pro/e beenavailable and Time Warner had Roadrunner, and, and, and we all wouldn't haveto be exterminated. It's true I saw the documentary on this last weekend. If you didn't see thedocumentary save your money it will be on DVD a good 18months before the endof the world. Thanks for playingRon
