Hi, When I go to create a new model or go into editing an existing model and I hit the sketch button or any other buttons nothing happens. In the text box on the bottom of the screen it says that it is in pause mode. How do I get out of this mess? It seems like all my models are infected.

Hello Everyone, I have been away from pro-e for a while 2000i2 and now back using fulltime,what would you recommend sketcher or intent manager.Are both of these still being developed, or is development only on intentmanager. Best regardsStephen

I have a problem with the plate shown. All my attempts to blend the edges that are still left on the top and sides have been of no avail.All the rest of the blends have been ok. The blend I am trying to produce is as the rest of the plate measured in imperial and is 0.375 ins. STWO.

I need to create a repeat relation where the quantity for a hose is reading the length parameter instead of the rpt.qty parameter. I have set up a tree.cfg file but it is being recoginised by my PC as a Microsoft Office Outlook Configuration File and so isn't being read by Pro/E when I open it. Any ideas on how to sort this would be great.

It's real easy to create a curved blend of two adjacent flat surfaces to give a nice rounded edge. Is there an equallly simple way of creating a fillet between two adjacent flat surfaces ?

Apparently, for WF3, the ANSI standard has changed to the same as theISO and JIS standard format for the chamfer dimensioning technique. Itdoesn't matter which format you select in the detail file, it will nowonly allow the witness line to appear and extend out the way I showed itin the picture. I can't say it's wrong, but I prefer the old methodthat pivots about the chamfer. Since we don't follow any standard toostrictly, I would use the old method if I could. I guess I have nochoice now. Good, from principle of July I have a serious problem with the EMX5.0. To date of today I do not have solucion and PTC Spain breaks its contracts with DTM. I have 58 consultations of the EMX5.0 M040. Of those 58 consultations, 22 they are extremely critical. All the consultations have been sent to development ( I+D ). But what I ask, to what development receives, passes for the Hot line. Al there to be an intermediary, what receives development is not what I ask. I have asked an engineer of PTC Spain in my house, so that see exactly my problem and that explain then the problem to development (I+D). DTM in its service contract,I contract a day of free consultancy a year. I have asked that this engineer comes of PTC to DTM. But PTC Spain neither answers, there nor leaves me the engineer in order that it(he,she) sees the problems. Nobody informs me of since as my consultations go. Hallo zusamen, ich arbeite in meinem Betrieb auch mit OSM und Annotation, daher hab ich schon eine bereits fertig konfigurierte .plt Datei die ich jetzt gerne in meine OSM PE Version reinladen möchte. Zu meinem Bedauern ist aber im Plotmenü der Laden-Button nicht aktiviert - grau hinterlegt. Wie bekomme ich jetzt nun die Datei trotzdem ins Annotation? Oder ist es gar nicht möglich eine .plt Datei von der Vollversion in die PE reinzuladen? danke schon mal Mit freundlich Grüßen

Folks: I am looking for a solid model of a compressor wheel (from a turbine engineor a turbo charger...) I really don't care what it is or what size or whatformat (within reason) as this will only be used as a close-up screenshotfor a watermark. I need to rotate from a flat zoomed front view to an isometric view with a slow pan and scale for an animation I am creating but I am having issues with Pro/E moving to fast, so I need to manually change from one view to another. I'm trying to make a Groove sequence that will peck.This groove is on the ID of a forging die.Can this be done or does the groove have to be on the OD?
