Gurus,I recall being able to choose to see "all versions" of a fileby clicking on the "white plus-black arrow" icon in the upper rightcornerof the file open dialogue box.Did this move?Where is this capability in WF2?ThanksMike Singer

Thanks for all the quick responses.On site reports PTC will be doing maintenance on the web site thisweekend, would be a logical explanation for why I could not access thewebsite applications. Several other sites are experiencing the same lossof access (=loss of service)And other sites report that, yes, PTC's web services supposed to beavailable on the weekends to maintenance paid customers

Thanks to all who replied. After examining the many responses that included the mapkey definition that worked for them, I see that the `ProCmdModelSave.file` that was near the end of my mapkey appears the be the problem. Several responses suggested that I start with a fresh record from within Pro. I did that and the mapkey definition did not have the `ProCmdModelSave.file` command in it and it worked. Don't know how I picked that up in my original but at least the mapkey is working now.

Good Morning:We've switched to Wildfire 2 and our 2001 light files and color maps are no longer optimized. Our nice big color map now takes a long time to load because what used to be color swatches are now rendered balls. First, is there a way to go back to swatches? The balls are pretty but also slow, and second, anyone willing to share a color map and some light files? I know you can rename the 2001 light files (.lgh) to have the Wildfire format (.dlg) but they don't seem to act the same. I'd rather leverage some of your talented work than start from scratch.Thanks,R.Swenson

Guru's;I'd like to copy some surfaces from a model using the Seed and Boundryoption. I'm using WF 2. Does anyone know how to do this? Hi All, What is you experience with LCD monitors, using Pro/E. I have a couple of people trying them out right now on 17". They seem to be crisp and bright. The IT guy is looking at the cost difference between 21" LCD and CRT. I think the difference in power consumption and user comfort will offset the initial investment. users... I'm currently using an old Spacetec Inc. Spaceball 3003FLX that was newwhen I purchased it. Ever since day one, occasionally, the driver (yes,I have the latest one: 3.6.4 from 3DxConnexion and we are on XP Pro,still using Pro/E2001, but at some point will be going to Wildfire...)seems to be looking for the unit on COM2 when it's plugged into COM1, orvice-a-versa. Typically, I've just physically swapped the location ofthe connector and all was well. On my most recent workstation that onlyhas one serial port, it seems not to have this problem... at least sofar. I've only had this new system for a few days. This is not thatbig of deal, as I said, the problem is "intermittent" and I certainly donot want to give up on my spaceball, EVER! So, my first question is:anyone else seeing this behavior, and have you possibly resolved it?
