Anyone know if it is possible to add a custom symbol to the text symbolpallet? If so how?

Pro-Gurus,After having used Wildfire, I am now back to 2001 for the time being. When Iam in sketcher, and I want to delete something whether it is a line, areference, etc., I have to click on the object to delete and right click andselect "delete". I swear that I can usually just select the object and hitdelete on my keyboard. Am I flashing back to Wildfire? Or has anyone hadthis happen? I am almost positive yesterday I just selected, and hit delete.Not a big deal, just one to put under the annoyance category.Thanks,Nick

I have an edge that I would like to add a variable round and for thelife of me I cannot figure it out. This used to be A LOT simpler thanit is now. I can get a constant round with no problems. The instructions/help files are not very intuitive. Looks like you are not the only one with this EMX problem. PTC has never been of much help with this 3rd party program and PTC are also the ONLY nth american seller of it. B&W is the company who's program this is and they are in Germany.

Is there a way in WF2 to put in a hole that has a drill point? The desiredresult I am after is like using a tapped hole, there is an angle number onthe bottom I can change. However I want to be able to specify the diameterof the hole by in putting my own value not by letting the tap threaddetermine my hole size. Thanks,Ron

After the text for the parameter, you call out the number of decimal places using square brackets. Example: &length[.4]

Is it true that it is possible to import an adobe illustrator file directlyinto Wildfire 2? I have seen some discussions on this topic, but I cannotget it to work. Does anyone know if this is possible?

What are the best/worst of WF2.0 datecodes (in combination with ILINK 3.4, F000 if applicable)? Just doing extra homework for WF2.0 after multiple disappointing WF1.0 deployments. We'd prefer something battle-tested but stable (M020, 040, 050, etc.), but newer info is also welcomed. Any information re: your overall experience (good or bad) with a particular datecode would be appreciated. Thanks!-Mike

In dealing with suppliers, I sometimes need to convert our Pro/E files toAutocad format. This I am able to do easily, but I am encountering problemswith text size on the converted file. Some, but not all, of the note textis losing its size format in the Autocad dwg file. Is it possible to set as a default for tapped holes not to have a countersink? Furthermore, is it possible to set the default hole type to be tapped hole rather than standard hole?A big complaint I get is that the default tapped hole is placed with a countersink, unless they remember to turn it off.We are using WF2, M080.Thanks,-Andy
