先前客戶在 ODBC 做讀寫，再透過 OPC UA 提供給 InTouch。每日固定時間會出現數值異常。我們已經更換過 Server 環境，也更換過資料庫（MSSQL / MySQL）。若直接接收溫度資料則是正常的，使用 Local Historian 也是正常的。我們嘗試過許多測試方法，目前的結論是：只要資料經過 ODBC，就會發生異常。異常現象大約持續幾分鐘，在這段時間內，A 項數值會突然升高，B 項數值也會升高（沒有太明顯的規律）。而且只會發生在特定時間。想詢問 PTC 或其他夥伴，是否有遇過類似案例，或有任何可能的原因與建議方向。Previously, the customer used ODBC for read/write operations, and the data was then provided to InTouch through OPC UA. I use KepserverEX6.14 for linking Rockwell and siemens PLC's.We have 207 link tags in both directions. But we have troubles with 1 Siemens 1512 PLC when the communication drops (without voltage or network troubles). After the communication restores, kepserver can read the datablocks but CAN'T write to the datablock. The solution is then disable-enable tags, after this everything works like it should. My datatypes are boolean's and words (not defaults).There is a scan rate of 2000ms for PLC values. And the linked tags are written when input changes.I have tested with Auto-Demotion on and off (also with 'Discard Requests when Demoted' on/off) What can i try else?

Hi, I need to connect to KepserverEX 5.8 in a Windows 2000 Pro/Sp4 workstation with Ewon Flexy 205.The goal is using the ewon (in this case 5 of them) as middle point to communicate s7-300 PLC with Wonderware 8.0 using KepserverEX 5.8 as the OPC server. When configurating KepserverEX 5.8 channel i use OPC UA and configure UA server in the channel (see attachment 1) and when i try to import items on  the device to import the tags of the Ewons an error appear (see attachement 2).See attachement 3 for ewon configuration.Any suggestion to address this?

Hello, im setting up tags in Kepware where previously we have used RS linx, the booleans tags are all showing 0 when it should be a 1 and are not changing at all. The quality of the tag is good and its showing correctly (1) in RS linx but a 0 in kepware, anyone got any advice? Kepware server 7

I am trying to get a hold of Sales in order to purchase additional license options on my Kepware OPC Server package.  I have tried submitting a ticket but I received a "you are blocked" response to that.  I've tried calling but after being on hold for nearly an hour, it just disconnects me.  I mean, really?  I'm wanting to buy stuff from you.  Does PTC really make it that difficult to make a purchase?  Can someone PLEASE contact me? m.barnes@amrize.com

It would be useful if we could repeat a Geo Tol in a drawing without always starting with the simple "tolerance of precision" I seem to remember in the past when it would start with the previous instance.These are in the drawing, not the model. I sincerely hope that's not the problem. In fact that couldn't be the problem because if they were "in the model" they would simply "show" I would rather add the tolerances in the drawings.

I'm trying to set up a design study where I rotate a crankshaft and the load vectors and magnitudes vary based on the rotation angle.  I was told I could create a user parameter, which is the angle, and then link the load values and/or directions to the angle parameter using relations. So when the angle value changes, the loads change accordingly.   Can someone show me how I would write a relation like that? or Does someone have another way to do this?   Currently the crankshaft is an assembly file where the load vector is defined with a coordinate system.  So when the assembly angle (crankshaft angle) is changed the csys changes to apply the bearing load at the correct vector.

Hey, I have a few mapkeys where I use the pause with the resume prompt/popup. (I've included a picture for clarity) There is no need to hit cancel but if you do click cancel instead of "Resume" it leaves you in an undesired state. The preferred fix would be to remove the "cancel" button entirely and only show "Resume". Is this possible and if so, how. I've tried modifying lines in the config file with no luck so far. Thanks!  

I am using Creo Parametric Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.6.0After installing PTC Creo (11.00.07), I attempted to open various files. However, only assembly (.asm) and part (.prt) files will open. When I view a part, the background is completely black.Here are the errors that I facedNo error messages. but Despite successfully creating and saving new sketches, the part view still shows a black background. Hi,I looked through the API guide and downloaded the examples. The last part of the code displays 'output1' in message box. It does not have example on how to show the matrixoutput1.Can you help with this? I need to get matrix from the sheet. 

Is it possible to add a Datum Reference Frame CSY to an annotation state?  If its not supported now, what work-arounds are people currently using? To my understanding, the DRF must be displayed in the model IAW Y14.41 (2018) Section 11.2.1.    DRF's were optional in Y14.5, but are required in Y41.41. I haven't been successful with "Reference" feature on the Model Tab, or the "Establish DRF" in GDT Advisor.  Example Image from Creo 12Excerpt from Y14.41 for example display of DRF's.

I've seen some custom-input pages but they are really odd and difficult to understand.

I am using Arbortext to create the manuals for the items we produce.  We currently have four major brands we use, each with it's own brand color (blue/gray/green/red) background.Is there a way in the stylesheet to use a certain element in the bookmap to select the background color.I was thinking maybe a variable or something along that line, Has anyone developed a stylesheet that will produce multiple outputs, with different background colors, depending on the brand of the material?

Atlascopco PF6000 Open Protcol lose data when I connect to OT network.When I connect  PF6000 with my laptop using Kepserver Open Protocol ,I'm able to read and write . But ,When I connect PF6000 to my sever through OT network ,I'm loosing data one or two data's are working .Could you please let me know ,what could be the issue ?  

hello, when i tried to open creo nothing happened, neither as admin, in the taskbar or as a shortcut. Waiting didn't help either and nothing was visible in the task manager either. the wheel next to the mouse pointer opened briefly but then disappeared again shortly afterwards.now i have completely uninstalled creo and wanted to install it again, but now the setup.exe file cannot be opened after extracting it. the wheel next to the mouse pointer appears briefly again, but then disappears again immediately.If you run it twice in quick succession as an administrator, an error message appears that the program must first be closed. setup.exe does not work even after restarting several times.my setup: win 11 laptop with enough power to run creo 7 because i recently designed with creo but from one day to the next creo would not start anymore
