I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.11 We are modifying the "ConstraintDisplayNamesRB.java" OOTB file. But the file is not getting compiled with below command. ant -f bin/tools.xml class -Dclass.includes=com/ptc/core/meta/container/common/ConstraintDisplayNamesRB.java -Dclass.force=true Build logs are attached in "Error Message or Warning" section. Is there anyway to control or optimize the lay of the cables in a route? As you can see in the screenshot, the 8th cable in this route is in a suboptimal location and it’s driving the overall location diameter to be much larger in the model than it would in reality.

I have the need to require 3 signatures in order to approve an item reviewed in Review Hub. Each project only one System Owner and only one Technical Owner but multiple Software Quality engineers. There are roles defined in the project for those 3 types of users. I can specify those roles as reviewers in the Review Hub process and require 3 signatures but I need to ensure that the System Owner and Technical Owner both sign in addition to 1 Software Quality engineer.  However, I can have 3 Software Quality engineers sign the review and it can then be approved. Is there a way to enforce that a representative of each role signs?

Hello,I created a UR5-style robot in Blender with a correct parent-child hierarchy.Inside Blender, all joints move correctly as a full kinematic chain.After exporting to FBX and importing into Vuforia Studio, the hierarchy seems broken:parts rotate independently child links do not follow the parent the robot falls apart when using sliderQuestions:Does Vuforia Studio fully support Blender FBX hierarchies? Should Armatures/Bones be avoided? Is PVZ/Creo Illustrate recommended instead of FBX for articulated robots? 4. How can I implement it correctly?My goal is to control the robot with sliders in Vuforia Studio so that it behaves like a real UR5 robot, where moving one joint also moves all following links correctly as a proper kinematic chain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Hello all,Long time Creo user, i started with a Logitech MX mouse, after a few years had a wrist pain. I switched to MX vertical for several years, no more wrist pain but now it’s the elbow. I read that a trackball could be ergonomically better than a mouse so I’m looking for a model. Anyone here using a trackball ? Do you have a model recommendation ? Hi all.We have created our new AO, A1, A2 and A3 .frm sheets.Is it possible to set different text heights as default (notes, dims etc) for each .frm ?i.e, 2.5mm for A3, 3,5mm for A1I’ve tried setting the heights in the .dtl for each .frm but when we create a new drawing with them the text height on them all is 3.5mm

Not able to register Mathcad 14 licence in the PTC portal. Received error 403

“I’m using Creo Student Edition and get ‘maximum number of license requests ’.Could my activations be rest?”

Please can someone convert this for me because i have prime free and it doesn’n work for me. 

I am trying to install Creo 12 Student Version (free student version).There was a PTC system installation issue during setup, and I had to attempt the installation multiple times. Now I receive the error:"You have reached the max number of license requests for your product type."I believe the repeated installation attempts used up my available license requests.I have sent an email to AcademicSupport@ptc.com to help reset my student license activation count. is there anything else I can do? Thanks.

I could not find any other support, so I decided to write the message here. I am a student and our school uses Mathcad 11. I received a code for Mathcad pro from my teacher, but I am unable to activate it. I downloaded the software and it shows that I have the free version, and that I can activate the pro version by clicking a button on the top right. I did that and got to the licence assistant. I logged in and put the code in, but it gives me an error message "server error" after I try to install the licence. A link leads me to here: "https://support.ptc.com/appserver/support/account/contact_customer_care.jsp", but I either don't get any help from there, or I am unable to access it due to not having the correct web account. I am unable to upgrade my web account, because I don't have the data required to do so. The only thing I have is the code and the need to get this app so i can work with it in school.

Dear Sir/Madam,I have an error problem during the installation of the student Creo 12 version as shown in the picture below. The .dat license file is created in the folder path  (C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing) but it is empty or there is an error with it.I followed the installation instructions exactly as written. I would appreciate it if there is a way you can send me the .dat license file by email and give me instructions to proceed with the installation of the Creo12 Student version. Thanks Best Regards

Hello,I’m using Creo Parametric 10.0.9.0 with a student license.My license expired a few days ago, so I reissued it from the official website.The PDF said to download Creo 12, so I downloaded Creo 12.When I opened setup.exe and tried to enter the code, an error occurred and I couldn’t proceed any further.I’ve deleted the old license from my PC’s folder.If anyone knows a solution, I’d really appreciate your help.
