I do like the new infinite scroll instead of pagination, but I would like it to be smooth and fetch threads while I’m scrolling instead of clicking each time on “Show More Activity” button.

Hi AllI’m have exported my custom table view one windchill server and trying to import it into another server using LoadFromFile. The output shows it has successfully imported but the view is actually not imported.Can someone help by mentioning what are important points to be considered while doing this or suggest where I may have gone wrong. Please note I have to use LoadFromFile utility only

HI guysis there a way to peck tap a hole. Had a look in parameters but can't see anything. I’m using MathCAD Prime 9.0.0.0 and I’m running into a units error…All of the R units should be K/W, but I’m getting crazy units especially on Rmid. I attached my program as well as lecture notes that show how to do this. Look on page 44-45. Thanks,    Brent

I want to show richtext box for global attribute of document. Below thread has details of DU to achieve it however TextDisplayComponent.setRichText(true); is no more available and supported.Anyone worked on this kind of customization in windchill 13.0? 

Hello,With my current employer there is some “masking” at times of our internal part numbers.This is because certain customers may require our part number be translated to match their numbering system.The issue is that we are expected to maintain universal/internal part numbers for our assemblies but then at times provide a customer the same assembly and drawing using only the customer’s part numbers.I am aware it is possible to have Table Formats for each customer having a column declaring the respective customer’s number from the properties of the item, but I hope that there is some way to maintain a single drawing and assembly for translation of the assembly and BoM to reflect a customer’s numbering system dynamically.This will remove possibility of duplicate items and entropy with that scenario.I assume it would be best for a BoM to be adjusted outside of Creo systems, but then the assemblies themselves they would not properly identify themselves via customer part numbering.Is ther

For whatever reason, Creo does not offer the ability to set a default clearance distance per machine.  I do not always remember all the travels on our machines and would like to set default clearance values to solve that issue.I basically want to set a relation that states:IF work cell = "insert machine name"clearance = XX.XXHowever to do this, I need to know the parameter names to pull for the work center and the clearance, and I do not know them.  Does anyone know what those parameters are, or know a better way to do this? 

Hola - We use CreoNC extensively - however, we use Vericut for simulation and never have built a machine model for use within Creo. I’m attempting to do that now.At no point have I been able to make the kinematic machine model appear in the Creo NC window. I’ve read the (thin) information available. I’ve asked Gemini. I then went to the Knowledge Base and downloaded the FADAL VMC file (close enough to the vertical mill I created) and I can’t get that to work either.I am using Windchill - maybe that’s the issue since I don’t have the machine in the pro_mfg_workcell folder, though I did browse to where it is and it accepted the entry.I also cannot find “Machine Play” anywhere, either in NC or ProProcess.Licensing issue? TIA

Hello,I’m trying to create an attribute that could verify if a document posses a secondary content (a boolean would be enough) Once created, I will use that attribute in the advanced search’s view,  to be able to sort and show if the document has a secondary content or not I’m on Windchill 10.2, with my new standart attribute “HasSecondaryContent” in the type “Document”, but I don’t know how get the information about the secondary content into my attribute, or to add it in the list of attributes in the view modification’s window (I see it on the document detail page)Do you have some hints to help me create that attribute ?

I recently changed my laptop and I'd like to re-install Mathcad. Unfortunately I don't receive the link for the download and the same it's not in the spam.

I need to create a conditional statement that checks if the PBO is drawing; if so, it advances; if not, it terminates. However, as a new Windchill administrator, I'm having trouble and can't find an article that can help me.

I'm working in Creo Parametric version 11.0.1.0. When in sketch mode and selecting entities for adding dimensions, I hover over the entity until it highlights, but when I click the entity often does not get selected. I thought there might be a config parameter that affects the sensitivity of sketch entity selection, but I wasn't able to identify one.

Most times when typing a mapkey it will just execute as expected about 5% of the time (or less) it shows up in the search bar and the communication box tells me that this group of characters is a mapkey (duh….). Am I accidentally pressing something that brings me into the search bar from the keyboard instead of just executing the mapkey? Mildly annoyed.

Hi everyone,I'm working on a Creo Toolkit (Pro/Toolkit) application and need to create a blend feature programmatically.The version of Creo Parametric I am using is 6.0.I have created two sketches (Sketch1 and Sketch2) and need to generate a blend solid/surface based on these two sections. I have searched for relevant information online, but there are almost no usable examples or clear API documentation regarding the creation method of blend features in Toolkit secondary development. Thank you in advance for any insights or code examples.

I wish I had found a list like this a few years ago.  I've searched the web and compiled the following list for your enjoyment.  Many are probably considered basic with a few very cool, complex curves thrown in.  The list is divided into the coordinate systems that you will have to choose when creating the datum curve.To initiate the command that will allow you to try these, go to Insert>Model Datum>Curve>From Equation.  After the Equations section see the section title Links to find PlanetPTC discussions and videos that have demonstrated and, in some cases, explained the curve from equation command in more detail with ways to incorporate relations and parameters. Hello.Whenever I need to upload a step file to my Creo assembly, the conversion erases several surfaces of the assembly/part inside the step file. I do the same conversion in other 3D software and everything is alright, therefore I believe the issues is not in the step file itself.I was wondering if any of you has the same issue where surfaces don’t appear. Sometimes it’s so bad that critical parts do not appear. If anyone knows how to solve this or has some suggestion to get around, I appreciate the help.Thanks!
