Mathcad

 For example i have deployed some random nodes in (200x200), but the problem is i want to form some random cluster's, like the given graph, please look my mathcad file !

This may have been resolved previously but I cannot find the answer so if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.   I have 5 pages of equations that use variables stated at the very top. I want to have a table at the end stating that if a single variable changes at the beginning, this is how the final equations calculate out. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance.

Hi to all,   I am further experimenting with my Naval Architecture calculations in MC.    In the attached MCP3 file, can anyone tell me why the integral returns what seems to be an infinite number of answers when the answer I expect to get is 50m^2?   Thanks,   Andy.

Hello everyone,   I need your help converting or perhaps coding a new routine to plot a 3D truss.   Yesterday after the help of some of you guys, I was able to get my hands on a solution for a similar problem here in this forum but solution was done in PRIME. I tried the whole day yesterday to convert the code to the old V15 mathcad without success. So now I am asking y'all for help once again.   Thanks!  

I'm trying to solve the attached equation for T.   W, U, V, Theta and Phi are all defined values.   I can't seem to get solve,T to work. It just says undefined.   I can partially do it by breaking it down but I get to the final step and cant seem to get Mathcad to rearrange in terms of T.   Anyone got any advice?

hi, how can I isolate V? It give me a answer in matrix but I want it in m/s.

I want to be able to able to make sure that my vector numbers are always equal to or greater than this number (Wall.Aspect.Ratio.Min) but i am getting an error sign because my L.1 is a vector and not scalar. Any way I can go around that?

How do you convert xmcd files to mcdx without Mathcad 15?  Or just view the xmcd files would be nice.  I do not have Mathcad 15 anymore, how do we do this?  Mathcad prime 4.0 canot convert them without Mathcad 15 please help

I am posting this question again.  I created several Mathcad files (using 15)  last year.  I tried to open them yesterday.  I got a message saying "not a valid XML file"  .   Then I tried to attach the offending file and it would not attach, saying "file contents do no match file type".   Can someone out there explain what is going on and how to correct this.   Has PTC developed a fix for the problem?  My email address is dmgjr@suddenlink.net 

I have several files I created last year.  They are typed as xml files.  Now when I try to open them I get a message that they are not valid xml files.   Can someone explain why this happens and how to fix it.  I am attaching one of the offending files.   When I try to attach the file I am told the contents do not match the file type

Hey!   I'm having an issue with my mathcad file. It says the file isn't  supported tho i remember saving it yesterday and it worked perfectly. I'll attach the file below. Hi all.   I have some files that read data from text files and then does some calculations.   In some instances that data may be moved which basically "kills" the calculations.    How can I "embed" the data into the Mathcad file so that it becomes self contained?   Do i have to copy the data into a matrix or table or is there another way?   Thanks.

Hi, I have a rather large matrix (1100 x 40) from which I tried to filter out the data that have NaN content, but to no avail. When I searched for the problem in my code I found that the the filterNaN function sometimes didn't filter NaNs although the entite columns was filled with NaN. I tested this by checking whether the value is indeed NaN, which it is. Checking whether the same value is a scalar returned also a positive?!?  (see attache sheet which contains a subset of that data). Does anybody have an explanation for this contradiction and/or can tell me how to avoid this? Thanks Raiko

I need to convert an old mathcad .mcd file to the newer .xmcd format. I have mathcad prime 4.0, but the button to do the conversion is grayed out.

Hi everybody! Primary question is: How could one define a complex number? I tried it  assigning  Re(C):= Formular1    Im(C):= Formular2 After that I assigned:  G:=Re(C) + Im(C) This shouldn't be neccessary, because a complex number is defined by its components. But it is obviously neccessary. Without that a plot doesn't work. I attach the whole working sheet and the Input data of the load in the time Domain. Thanks in advance! Udo
