Helloas in the Monte Carlo simulation in the help (step 7), the columns with the variable i are separated into vectors.How can I just get the positive or negative values?Example: From this column I only want the positive or negative values.   I use Mathcad Prime 4.0  

Dear ptc-community,   I currently have a problem re-installing mathcad Prime.   When using the installer-file (pim_installmgr_mathcad) I can only get to the third page, where I usualy dicide which part of the software to be installed (I attached a screenshot). Now this page is empty, so I can not finish the installation.   Does anyonne know a solution? Or could it just be an issue with the ptc-server and I only have to try it another time?   my OS is Windows 7 professional x64.

Hi,   Recently there was a new release of Mathcad Prime 5.0. And here only a few new features concerning 2D plots: Format axes, tick marks, and values for tick marks. Add titles and legends to 2D plot, to add context to data. Add a second Y axis to plot that includes all formatting options available for the first Y axis. Add gridlines to plot and change their color, style, and thickness. Add a border and change the background color for a plot. Using Mathcad the average value of f(t) and convolution of rectangular waves have wrong results. I want to know the reasons.

Has a date been set for the release of version 5.0 of Mathcad prime? On the calendar, it says June 2018, but a day does not show announced. Are these dates set in stone, or ice?

Is it possible to upgrade my 4.0 mathcad prime to 5 version without buying new license (now i have just 4.0) for new one. 

I have two subscriptions to Mathcad Prime.  I got a notice last month that my auto renewal had gone through and there was a blurb about logging on and downloading a new file.  I tried that and saw nothing so I responded to the email and was told that I would receive a link the before my previous subscription expired.  Needless to say, I did not receive anything and now my software is locked in the free Express version.  What's even more ridiculous is that I have not been able to get a response from any of the contacts I have.  All of the phone numbers have a generic message that says the person is unavailable.  I left my number in queue for a call back after waiting on automated hold for a long while.  No response a week later.  I have emailed as well with no response.  It's like they went radio silent on me after they got the renewal fee.   Has anyone else dealt with the atrocious customer care?  

Hello, I have found an issue with printing in Mathcad Prime (v4. registered version). Mathcad CANNOT print a worksheet that has "included worksheets" containing "password protected areas", and threw an error as shown in the attached jpg. if I unprotect all the areas in referring worksheets and include them again, the worksheet will be able to be printed out successfully. I have attached two worksheets to this post. worksheet 2 has a password protected area, and worksheet 1 refer to worksheet 2. If you try to print worksheet 1, you will see the printing error.   Is there anyone having this issue before? Please help me! Thank you Thai

Hello Everyone,   I need to insert some random numbers in table and to do so there was an option in earlier versions of ptc mathcad which is demonstrated in given link - https://www.mathcadhelp.com/entering-a-table-of-numbers-12248   but right now it is not working in my ptc mathcad prime 4.0. Need some suggestions on how to insert the x values to each point in a defined range. Thanks
