Hello,Please scroll down in my sheet until you see the red arrow where i have my question. i am trying to maxamize the value for (Lpm_v) so that the ratio at the bottom does not exceed a certain value which i listed inside my sheet. Thanks!

I created a variable in PSI (lbs/in^2)units, multiplied by a unitlesss number. The issue is that my resultant output "Fr" comes up in other format, I just want it to show as PSI, like in the variable. tried "base unit " but nothing changes, please see pic.Thanks

I'm trying to right a small programming loop to increase the size of a dimension until it passes a certain safety check. Here's what I wrote:All of the OTM values are defined before the function as well as the values for "Code", W.f, FS.OTM, D, a, W.T, D.f, R.p.x, A.p. However, this never produces a value for W.f.new. Hello there,I am using genfit to come with the coefficients for a best fit equation for points I have created. However, when I try to plot the graph using the coefficients to see how accurate is the equation as compared to the points in the same mathcad sheet it won't plot. Can someone help me out. How do I evaluate each element in two matrices of equal sizes (4 rows x 5 columns) and then return the maximum value into a new matrix? I want to evaluate each element with the corresponding element on the second matrix and produce a new matrix. Thank you in advance for your help with this!

Is it possible to recover a lost file data in mathcad prime 3.0 ?I wasn't saving my project for about 3 hours and my computer shutdown - the reason is an interruption in the supply of electricity.Is there any chance that mathcad left a dump file? what kind of extension is it and where can i find it? Hi everybody,I hope I can get some answers here, notwithstanding the fact that I am actually asking more than just a MathCAD question. I tried to put up a MathCAD-framework in order to explain my problem.I wish to compute numerically the flow passing through a temperature-operated valve, of which I know (from supplier datasheet and measures on site), 1) the time constant tau (assuming that it is first order linear system)2) the law giving the flow as a function of the temperature f(T) in quasi static behavior (dT/dt=0)and I assume a certain transient of temperature, T=T(t) A lot of time ago, when I was young and still remembered "Control Theory 1", I would have solved this problem imediatly (maybe!). Now I am a little out of training . Can someone point me to the answer, or eventually if not, to the right forum where to ask for help? Hello,I am trying to use a solve block to solve the same equation for a range of inputs using the vectorize function. I have had success doing this before (thanks to other threads I have read here!). For some reason on this particular problem I cannot get it to work. If someone might have any suggestions after looking at the attached worksheet it would be great appreciated. In the worksheet I first solve the problem for a single input which works, then I try the multiple inputs but can't get the solver to return anything other than the inital guess.Thanks,Mike Einhorn

Is it possible to downconvert a Mathcad Prime 3.0 file to Prime 2.0? I have Prime 2.0 at work, but at home I downloaded the free Mathcad Express + 30 day trial. The version I have at home is Prime 3.0. Every once in a while I come up with an idea at home but don't have my work computer with me. I'd like to be able to e-mail the file to myself and use it at work. However, when I attempted that today I couldn't open the file at work using Prime 2.0.Any ideas?

Hello,I'm trying to write an algorithm to calculate centroids of 3 clusters obtained from a data set using the k-means method.Attached is the MC12 worksheet with the algorithm. For some reason, I only get the correct centroid for the first cluster and when using the same function to calculate the centroids for second and third cluster I get the same wrong answer.I found that somebody had posted a worksheet with k-means algorithm a long time ago at this thread:http://communities.ptc.com/thread/17242but the worksheet has been removed from the thread.Thank you,Gigi

Ich möchte die Werte in einer Matrix auf 2 Nachkommastellen runden jedoch wird hier ein Fehler ausgegebenround(b,2)2.) a und b ist eine Matrix mit einer Spalte und drei Zeilen. Ich möchte z. B. den jeweils kleinsten Wert aus der Zeile:min(a,b). Dies liefert jedoch nur den kleinsten Wert der gesamten Matrix. Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung oder muss ich die Matrix in ihre Einzelwerte zerlegen.Danke für eure HilfeAlbert

I know a tool of MS Equation 3.0, however, I have about 30 pages of calculations and creating each of them will with the help of this tool will take me a very long time, so I ask for a tool that can convert all my pages at once
