Mathcad Installation

Need assistance obtaining installation executable for MathCAD 15. Licence purchased in 2018 and used through 2021 (still have licence file, so that's okay). Need to install MathCAD 15 on new machine for compatibility with older MathCAD software.

It states MathCAD worksheet converter is not installed. Run setup to add it to the installation. Can someone help point me how to do this? Thanks!

I am trying to convert legacy files (.xmcd) to PTC. I am using the 30 day trial. The "XMCD, MCD Converter" button is not active. Is this because it is a trial version, or is there a way to activate this feature?

I have installed the software prime 4.0that doesn't work from one day to another.because I had to work on an existing document for a hand over, I installed a trial version.Now I want to use my prime 4.0 again and need help how I can handle the problem.I can see the start screen with ptc logo and so on but then nothing happens.

I have not changed anything and mathcad prime 5 education edition suddenly does not have all of the features unlocked. I have been using it for years and it always worked without any problems.

Hello,I can not install the test version of Mathcad. The Installer was send to me over my email adress, after login on the ptc website.When i start the installer, the files will be extracted, but then nothing happends. The windows with the installation menu doesnt pop up.Thanks for help

Good day!After running the installation file (pim_installmgr_mathcad) and after the execution is over - nothing happens and nothing is installed.Tried all compatibility settings and I still can't install the program.

License activation issue. "Program ID already expired"

Kind of annoying, every time Mathcad 8 opens it launches the browser and opens the what's new site, can this behaviour be stopped? I've not been able to find any option that set this, didn't happen with Mathcad 7. Thank you.

I would love to work with the full version as a student just for the use of studying, is that possible?

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 4.0 and DatecodeM010Some division signs show on screen with the proper dark-horizontal line. Others show up as grey lines, Others don't show up at all. I'm guessing it's a font rendering or other graphical issue, as I can print the formulas to PDF or paper and they will show up with no issues.Here are the errors that I facedn/aI have a screenshot that explains better that I will attach when I am able.

I wrote a rather long Mathcad program on my laptop over vacation based on a trial copy of Mathcad 8.0 (The trial period is up to the end of June) but unfortunately the PC died- but I had stored the program on a memory stick. Wanting to continue the evaluation of Mathcad 8.0, my wife downloaded a copy onto this second PC. I tried a simple test program that included a subroutine and it worked. However, when I tried to load the old program written while on vacation, a message appears that "The file type is not supported. Log file is located at C:\ProgramData\PTC\Mathcad Prime\Logs\MathcadPrime_Exception_20220619_111012.log." But there is no such "Logs" directory on the C-drive to look at, and to my eye, the file extensions look exactly the same. What gives? We have two licensed copies of Mathcad at our company and as a lead new product developer, I wanted to see if a personal copy was worthwhile.

I want to verify the file before downloading, can you please provide me with the checksum of the original file so that I can compare with my downloaded file? This is to adhere to company security policy.

I am former engineering professor at Polytechnic School University of São Paulo, and a mathcad heavy user since it has been launched, decades ago. Presently I own a Mathcad Prime 5.0 license. I offer private classes to engineers, and use it frequently, thus I would like to upgrade my license to the last available version. I've installed Mathcad Express Prime 8.0 - 30 days evaluation. What is the best condition and the procedure to have a definitive license? Thanks.

I have old mathcad files that have the extension .mcd. I downloaded a free trial of your software but it is not opening taht file extension. Is a way to convert these files to .mdcx?

Now I'm installing MathCad 14 to my new PC. During MathCad License Setup procedure after complete "Account Information" and push button "Finish" I have got message about "Unexpected Error" -"The server committed a protocol violation.Section=ResponseHeader Detail = CR must be followed by LF ".I also tried to use button "Enter" but result was same.What are you recommend me in this situation?Best regards,Derevyanchuk Dmitry.

I recently purchased a one year Student licence for Mathcad Prime 8.0 (10€) an received a confirmation-mail. The mail does not contain any product code or information about how to set up the one year licence within the mathcad software.Please fix this as soon as possible.regards,Sebastian Müller

I purchased Mathcad Prime 8 Student Edition, but I can not activate the product, in this moment I have a trial edition with 26 days left. I only have my order number.

I purchased the educational MathCAD Prime 4.0 with MathCAD 15 in 2017. The software combination is currently accessible and usable from my old computer which has some case deterioration issues. I have purchased a new computer and wish to use the software combination from this new computer.After installing the software on my new computer, I followed the process on the inside of the CD case to acquire the new license and was met with the message that the Program ID already expired. I followed the link which brought me to this page.I have MathCAD 15 files from versions 2-15 arising from an academic career and would like access to them, and, certainly, I'd like to migrate many into the Prime environment.
