xmcd convertor not working. I mean i Cant click on it

hello all.I have matchad 6.0.0 but its convertor is not working. can anybody convert it for me  by using matchad 6.0.0  as it will be then compatible. i have attached the file 

Hello. I have Mathcat Prime 4.0 Student Licencse. I cannot find a download for Mathcat Prime 4.0 and cannot use the License to activate Prime 7.0. How can i upgrade my License to work for 7.0? My account is not permited to use the PTC LicenseManger online

When running MathCad 14 it is looking for a license file. It cannot retrieve one over the internet. Can you provide a license file?

I just loaded Prime 8 on my computer which also has Prime 7 amd Mathcad 15 installed and running.  When I went to convert a MC15 file using Prime 7 the XCMD function is greyed out on Prime 7 but not Prime 8. Since once a file is converted with Prime 8 it will not open with Prime 7.  Some collegues use Prime 7, how can I produce a Prime 7 conversion file? 

I'm trying to get the Mathcad Prime 8 download. I never receive an email. Maybe my company spam filter is blocking it but I cannot find a way to get it.I have checked my junk email folder but nothing is there.Is there a download site I can go to?Thank youNorm Dziedzic

I have 8 physical address NIC cards on my laptop. I have a mathcad license tied to one of the NIC cards, but when I move locations (ie from work location to home), Mathcad selects a different NIC card as the primary and won't license properly.

For more help visit: http://www.ptc.com/olm/contacts.htm", I don't understand why the code doesn't work, am I required to delete Mathcad on my previous school PC before I've got access to use it on this PC? I am trying to see if the new version of mathcad prime is compatible with my older mathcad files. However after watching the tutorial i have discovered that the converter tab is greyed out. How am I supposed to try the trial version to see if my files are compatible if the converter is greyed out? Is there something that needs to be enabled on the account?

8.0 version license issue. We do have a product code but is not recognized by your issue logger. We are trying to install a license on a remote server and it would seem we need a different type of license as we are getting "Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session" message. How do we obtain the correct type of license?
