Mathcad Installation

I want adquire a PTC Mathcad License. I teach numerical methods at university level ¿ how do i obtain that?

Hallo,arbeite gerade an meinem Arbeitsrechner über remote desktop von meinem PC zu Hause.Die Lizenzanfrage ist fehlgeschlagen - und mathcad kann nicht ausgeführt werden:Fehlermeldung:"(-103) Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session" läßt sich das Problem beheben? Hängt das evtl. mit der Host-ID zusammen?(bin gerade in Quarantäne)

when running mathcad 15.0, I get a message to repeat the licence wizard configuration. At the end of this, I get a message like "this demo is no longer available2", however the software is not a demo

I have an old Mathcad 13 'mathsoft' disc that does not have the product code anymore. Is there anyway to still download the disc onto my new computer?

I have legacy MathCAD files (.MCD) from the 2001 timeframe that I'd like to covert and use. If I can get converted, I will purchase the full license. Please help

Windows updated the .NET framework this morning. When I try to open Mathcad 7.0.0.0, I get the splashpage and then nothing happens. Is there a patch for this?

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.0.0One of our students is having issues running MathCad, it was working on his laptop then stopped in December. When you try and launch it, the splash screen comes up for a few seconds, then disappears and the program never starts. I uninstalled/reinstalled, that didn't help. Also disabled Norton. I don't see a running process for MathCad either. Aside from reinstalling win10 and everything fresh, do you have any ideas on where to start?

Cannot install. Downloaded install manager and every time I try to open it, a popup shows up saying Extraction Failed, File is Corrupt. I've downloaded the install manager multiple times, turned off anti-virus software and restarted computer, still cannot install. Please help as soon as possible.

Hello,I have a problem with installation of mathcad version 7.0. I have installer, recieved it via e-mail. When I try to install it, after runnig installer, there is only extraction of some files, the window disappears and nothing is happening. I tried to download full version of installer from website https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp but there is no file under the name of Mathcad 7.0. I had the same issue with 6.0 version but on that time there was a full version of installer on that site and it helped. Kind regards

Do I have to go into work and access the computer to finish activation? Will I be able to use the trial remotely?

Hello,   I'm a teacher in Mechanical Engineering and we use Mathcad Prime 5. Since the 1st of januari we can no longer activate our (unused) Mathcad Prime 5 license codes. We don't need to upgrade and want to keep using our remaining license codes, but this no longer seems possible. Our reseller has zero options for this, except to buy a new pack of license codes (and run into the same problem in a few years)...    Does anyone know of a solution for this problem? Or maybe a name from someone at PTC who could help me?   Thanks, Daan
