Mathcad does not start up. I have tried re-installing it without any luck. The start-up image shows for 1-2 seconds, then nothing happens

It wouldn't boot up so I uninstalled it from my machine. I went to reinstall it and now when I open up the .zip fil and run setup.exe nothing happens...

I have installed Mathprime 6.0. When I try to install Mathcad 15, I get the message about an error encountered during the MSI installation. When I close this message window, the installation window then gives a message about Mathcad 15 installation is complete. The window with "Installation Progress" in the upper right corner says that the installation is complete. installer does not allow me to select any software to install.I get to the "application selection" step, and there is no application to select. Install button is grayed out, and I cannot proceed. (i'd attach screenshot, but it doesn't appear that I can attach images)

My Mathcad 14 will not install under Windows 10. Tried Windows XP and 8 Compatibility modes Installation did not load all filde needed in C:\Users\dwshl\AppData\Local\Temp\Mathcad14.0EN_Install\Mathcad\Help\program files\Mathcad\Mathcad 14\doc\HELP_EN

Have been using Mathcad 14 for some years (8 -10?) on a computer with Windows 10; the computer was failing, so transferred, using PCMover, Mathcad 14 to my new HP running Windows 10, but it would not open.Found my Original Mathcad 14 disc, but system would not read it ("cannot find setup.exe). As I have lots of programs in Mathcad 14, really want to use it....please help me!

I have an educational version of mathcad, microsoft is replacing my computer due to a mechanical issue and I would like to continue to use mathcad academic on the new computer, but of course I would need a new license file to do thatThank you for your help

I tried to download the MathCAD Prime version but am unable to get it as an application/option in my installation assistant.

I have had problems that occur directly after installation. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times for it to work and it hasn't. Whenever I attempt to use it, the first window, the one that just says PTC Mathcad, appears and then disappears. That's all that happens, however. No Cad document, nothing. I am at a loss for what I should do.

I don't know what happened. My Mathcad files will now save as excel files on my computer. When saved, their desktop icon is excel, but they are still MCDX files. When I attempt to open them they are opened in excel which displays an error message.I recently deleted older versions of Mathcad from my computer (I have Prime 6.0 currently) so I'm not sure if that caused the issue. I was very cautious when deleting and made sure to only remove applications with a specified version number that was not 6.0I wanted to attempt to re-download mathcad to see if it would fix my issue, but can not find a link to do so.Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I am a Senior in high school taking a College Credit Plus Class that is teaching me MathCAD. My professor said that I will need to buy MathCAD but my CCP advisor said that you guys offer a free license pack for K-12 students. I received an email saying it was a license pack but it only lasts a month. Can someone please help me figure out whether or not I am doing something wrong?

I ordered Matched Prime 6.0 and was not able to install the license. The system set me up apparently as a trial user (I get a watermark on the pages). I need to get the actual license installed, and I need also Mathcad 15. When I tried to obtain the license the form asked for a HOST ID which was initially NULL, and I put in mu hard drive volume number. Neither worked and I am unable to obtain a license. Please help me with this . I need the program for my classes and it is not working!Finley
