I am writing with reference to the creo agent startup error. Latest instal date for me was around a month ago, but after all of a sudden it stopped working with following error which I will add it to the string now. Since my college project has been started I need the solution to resolve this issue. PTC admins please do the needful. I tried all the preferred solution posted in this forum http://communities.ptc.com/message/206765#206765 but nevertheless the result is same with error I attached below.If some one can connect to my pc and see what is the problem I can mail the physical address!Hope to find solution soonRegardsPurushottam Kanchi

PTC recently added a Creo 2 tutorial for teams entering the F1 in Schools competition.A zip with software tutorial and Creo 2 models can be downloaded from the resources section of www.ptcschools.com

Every time I try to open Creo, a text box pops up telling me that creo will close because it couldn't run the "Quality Agent" and it is required to do so. I am told to report error code 0xc6000005.I have never had any issue running Creo before.

Problem Outline:This problem is charactized by an error message that opens up after PTC Creo 2.0 has fully loaded. The error message apepars in a Creo window titled "Message" and Creo closes upon clicking "OK". There are several variations of this error message with seperate error numbers. An example of one possible message is shown below.Solution:This error is caused because Creo 2.0 cannot communicate with the "Quality Agent". The Quality Agent is an extension of the Student and Academic editions fo Creo which helps us improve later versions. Does anyone know if there is any Creo Simulate workshop that covers advance topics such as contact, thread, or bearing in US? I believe there is a similar workshop in Europe.

If anyone could help with the following problem that would be much appreciated, I have downloaed the exectutable for the PTC Creo trial version but cannot proceeed past the follwing screen (see attached screen shot) where it lists Application Selection ? Any idea on how to fix this ?
