Hello,  I have a problem, i have downloaded creo 5, and i didnt recive licence email, and now i cant use it. It's the student version. Can someone help me?Thank you in advance!

while installing a new license file  for  BE410708EDSTUDENTEDK12 I receive the error message:  "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type" What does it mean and what can be done?

Hello,   I had download creo parametic for students on my old notebook. This is now broken and I have new one. How can I get creo on my new notebook with my already excisting license? I tried to use "Manage Licenses" on my account but then I need to upgrade my account with my customer number. But I can't find any customer number. Can anyone held me? Thank you! Best Moritz

This is what appears when I try to setup ANSYS plugin in Creo Parametric 3.0. Where is the problem? Is it with Creo, or with ANSYS? or my PC? Please help me solve this   Thank You

We have been using Windchill 10.2 for a while now along with Creo 2.0. Creo file management has been working fine.Today we no longer seem to be able to upload parts. When I try I get "Upload failed" and "See the Event Management console for details". When I go to the console it is blank and provides no additional information.We have one member who just started using Windchill and is using Creo 3.0 (we were going to all upgrade, just didn't do it yet). She tried to upload a part and got the same thing but got the following in the event console:Transaction aborted when accessing versioned row in table 'first.QueueEntry' in database 'first'. Requested versioned row was not found. Your tempdb is probably out of space. Please refer to BOL on how to configure- tempdb for versioning.Any thoughts on how to get us back up and running? Everything was working very well up until today...

I have installed ThingWorx Foundation H2 and I am working through the PTC Academy online courses. I am however not able to get my ThingWorx Academic simulator to connect to ThingWorx on my local machine.   I have tried everything and none of the articles have resolved my issue. My system is setup to use port 8080. Server URL: localhost Port: 8080   Will someone please advise me how to get this working?!

I want to use the student version of Creo 6.0.I have entered the product code and successfully activated the license, but I cannot proceed.   I also created an academic account by following the PDF instructions.   Why can't activation be completed?   PDF：install_creo6_schools_standard.pdf    

We have been up and running with Windchill for several months, however, the server connection info has been lost on some computers.All attempts to register new server to get connected again fail.Per the PTC Windchill setup instructions, we enter the following string in the location field to connect to the server:https://firstrobotics.ptc.com/Windchill/Is the server down? overloaded? OR has the connection info changed.Appreciate any help!Thank you

Can't download Creo in any version for students or staff. Not good timing as I've just asked lockdown students to download Creo 3 for a series of online lessons. I hope this gets fixed ASAP

Whenever I try to Open an existing file or try to create a new part or assembly by clicking the 'New' or 'Open' tab on the menubar of CREO Parametric 6.0 Student version. It goes into not responding state   Here is a screenshot: My PC specs are: Windows 10, i7-4th Gen, NVIDIA GeForce 840M, 8GB RAM,1 TB HDD.   Please help me out in solving this issue, the situation is quite urgent.   Thank you

Thanks for your free licence about Creo.  I have a class using Creo at University in Korea. But my lincense is for student (Creo Paramatric Student Edition), and my professor's is for educational (PTC Creo Paramatric Educational Edition).   I have some difficulty with difference between these. so, I wonder if my version have any option button to change my dashboard simliar to my professor's.(in the Creo program)   thank you for your help

I applied for a student account and installed the program correctly. every time i try to run the program i get an error message saying license request failed for feature(see attached). I need this program for my class please help. thank you.

Hello everybody. I'm currently using the educational version of Creo 4.0. I saved my project as a .prt file, but when I open it again, I cannot seem to edit the sketch or even extrude on specific surfaces.  It seems like I have to do a part all in one take, and I want to save a .prt for future edits.  I just don't know what causing me to create a fully finished part in only one sitting.  Thanks

We are looking at buying new laptops for our students. The Dell G7 comes with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5 graphics card. I looked at PTC requirements and was not sure if this fits their requirements. Please if anyone knows that this would work let me know. Thank you, Mark

This question comes up from time to time and the FRC team I mentor used it quite a bit last season to make sure we were not getting burned by the school's "deep freeze" policy. For those of you who do not know about deep freeze, consider it a blessing. All the computers at the school are reset every day and after 40 minutes of idle usage. To compete with this, we'd use the File, Save As, Save a Copy option to create a ZIP on a thumb drive or external drive to make sure we did not loose any work.   This is also a great way to create an archived "baseline" of a particular design. As ideas come and go, so does your CAD design. At a minimum, its a good idea to create a ZIP at the end of a major milestone such as a week, busy Saturday or some other event to capture the work completed. You can then keep all the ZIP's on a thumb/external drive or put them in Windchill as Documents so you always have an accessible backup of your CAD designs as they evolve over time.   The last good u

I installed Creo 6.0 as a student after having 5.0 on my computer already.  I got an error about licensing.  I saw in another forum to empty the licensing folder.  I did that, and now I am getting another licensing error shown by the attached picture.

I'm trying to download the student version of CREO 5.0 and I'm not getting it. I already have an account at PTC. When I click the link to download, it starts, but when it arrives at 2 GB, the download hangs and is no longer loaded. I'm downloading the creo 5.0 student version of GoogleCrhome. What could be happening with the download? Dear Support Team! I have a big problem. I downloading and installed your student version of creo6 and at the beginning, as I just opened the window and made a simple model, all worked. Hello, I am having a problem with a new install of Creo 6.0 student. When I try to open parametric the window pops up either black or white. Then the advertisement and tutorial screens pop up and I can see those, but the workspace window is still blank.
